Build-up: Vehicle Check

This year, Brussels Expo has implemented a new system for all vehicles on the site. Upon arrival, each exhibitor must check in at Parking C with their vehicle. Here, it will be confirmed whether your stand has been paid for. If so, you will need to scan a QR code where you will fill in your details (name, stand number, phone number, license plate). You will then receive a QR code that will allow you to enter through Gate G.

This code is valid during the following times:

Build-up: November 12–14

Dismantling: November 17–18

Once you have finished setting up, please leave the site via Gate C.
Without a QR code, access to the site will not be granted.
