Setup and Dismantling

Vehicle check

Brussels Expo operates a registration system for all vehicles entering the site. Each exhibitor must report at Gate G upon arrival, including their vehicle. Prior to setup, you will receive a QR code. This code must be scanned on-site, after which you complete your details (name, stand number, mobile number, license plate).
⚠️ Please note: a separate QR code is required for each vehicle.

MANDATORY VEHICLE REGISTRATION

Setup

• Register your vehicle in advance (mandatory for site access).
• Direct access via Gate G (Romeinsesteenweg 527).
• No setup or dismantling wristbands required.
• After entry, proceed directly to your assigned hall.

Wednesday, 12 November 2025
08:00 – 20:00
14:00 – 20:00 Art Area*

Thursday, 13 November 2025
08:00 – 20:00 (except Hall 5 until 15:00**)

Friday, 14 November 2025
08:00 – 10:00
Note: only pedestrian doors open due to hall heating.

* Due to the construction of booth walls in the Art Area on Wednesday morning, exhibitors in this area can only begin setup from 14:00.
** Due to preparations for the Preview Night.

Dismantling

• Vehicle access from 18:00.
• Dismantling traffic will be buffered at Parking C.
• Access only after authorization from the police.
• Romeinsesteenweg temporarily closed to allow groups of approx. 40–50 vehicles to enter via Gate G.
• Admission order depends on site logistics.
• InterClassics exhibitors have priority access.
• All vehicles expected on-site around 19:30.

Exit

• Via Gate G or Gate C (Atomium side of Halls 5 & 6).
• ⚠️ Exiting via Gate C means entering the low-emission zone.
