Beautiful memories of Ford’s 120-year history will be made in an exclusive setting. “Ford Motorsport” is the theme of the 29th edition of Classic Car Show Maastricht. Especially for this evening, chef Viki Geunes will prepare a star-level dinner for you and your guests. The Belgian chef of Zilte*** catered the Preview Night of InterClassics Brussels in 2021 with great success. This earned an invitation to InterClassics Preview Night Maastricht. Viki Geunes

Viki Geunes is a Belgian award-winning chef and self-taught chef. He is the owner of Zilte***, the renowned restaurant in Antwerp. He opened restaurant ‘t Zilte in Mol in 1996, which later received two Michelin stars before moving to the top floor of the MAS (Museum aan de Stroming) in May 2011. GaultMillau already named him Chef of the Year in 2008. In 2019, the restaurant was revamped and renamed Zilte, after which it was awarded three Michelin stars. Among the wider public, Geunes is also known for his appearances on TV and his book “Just cooking.”

Celebrating 120 years Ford Motorsport

Henry Ford once said: “Auto racing began five minutes after the second car was built. “That is why Ford has been active and successful in virtually every form of motorsport since the early years: from rally to Formula 1 and from endurance to NASCAR. During Classic Car Show Maastricht, InterClassics presents “120 years of Ford Performance” and highlights the global rise of motorsport.
